On the road to adoption

It’s been a busy summer caring for these precious kitties. They arrived with upper respiratory and eye infections, Boomerang wasn’t eating on his own, and then they were all diagnosed with ringworm. Skimbleshanks became suddenly ill with a dangerous fever that wouldn’t break, Doodles developed a sinus infection, Boomerang got camplybacter, Mozzarella likely has sterile cystitis, and Pizzazz has some unknown ongoing nasal troubles. I’m exhausted just typing it all out.

Their first treatment plan for ringworm proved ineffective, so we had to switch to a different method. They have now received their first negative culture, and we are hopeful to get our second next week (it takes two negative cultures to be considered cleared of ringworm).

Fortunately these are very resilient cats and despite all they have been through, they’re doing great! They are happy, playful, and ready to start looking for their forever homes. If you are interested in adoption, please visit the Foster Page and fill out the adoption application.
